Nouvelle Clinique is known for hair restoration, but a large part of what happens in our treatment rooms every day is facial aesthetics. The same skin team that prepares patients for a transplant runs a full programme of non-surgical facial treatments for men and women: HydraFacial, Dermapen microneedling, exosome therapy, radiofrequency skin tightening and PRP facials. Treatments are chosen after a skin assessment, performed under medical supervision, and paired with a simple home routine so the result lasts between visits.
HydraFacial
A three-step treatment in one session: deep cleansing and gentle exfoliation, painless extraction of impurities with a vortex suction tip, and infusion of hydrating and antioxidant serums. There is no downtime — skin looks brighter and feels smoother straight away, which is why many patients book it before an event or as a monthly maintenance treatment. Suitable for almost all skin types, including sensitive skin. A session takes about 45 minutes.
Dermapen microneedling
A motorised pen with fine sterile needles creates thousands of controlled micro-channels in the skin, triggering the skin’s own repair response and new collagen. Microneedling is our workhorse treatment for acne scars, enlarged pores, fine lines, uneven texture and dull skin. A numbing cream is applied first; expect redness for one to three days and light flaking after. Most patients see the best results with a course of three to four sessions, four to six weeks apart.
Exosome therapy
Exosomes are tiny signalling particles that carry growth factors and proteins between cells. Applied to the skin immediately after microneedling, when the micro-channels are open, they support faster recovery, calmer skin and a stronger regenerative response than microneedling alone. We use exosome therapy for skin quality, post-acne redness and early signs of ageing, and also on the scalp as a complement to PRP for hair. It is a newer treatment and results vary between patients; we will tell you honestly whether it is worth adding in your case.
Radiofrequency skin tightening
Radiofrequency energy heats the deeper layers of the skin to a controlled temperature, which contracts existing collagen and stimulates new collagen over the following months. The result is firmer skin along the jawline, cheeks, neck and around the eyes without needles or surgery. Sessions are comfortable (a warm sensation), take 30–45 minutes and have no downtime. We usually recommend a course of four to six sessions, then one maintenance session every few months.
PRP facial
Platelet-rich plasma is prepared from a small sample of your own blood, concentrated in a centrifuge and applied to the face by microneedling or injection. Because it is your own material there is no risk of allergy, and the growth factors it contains support skin repair, tone and glow. It is often combined with microneedling in a single visit. Expect mild redness for a day or two. Nothing should be applied to the skin for the first 24 hours; our routine between facial treatments explains exactly what to use and when afterwards.
Home care: what we recommend between treatments
A facial treatment works on your skin for an hour; what you use at home for the next four weeks decides how long the result lasts. Our skin team recommends and stocks TRIPLE A Skin Science serums — a 20% vitamin C for pigmentation, hyaluronic acid, a 0.5% encapsulated retinol and a 10% niacinamide — chosen because they are fragrance-free, clinically dosed and packaged in airless syringes, which suits freshly treated skin. You can buy them at reception, and we will set the exact restart dates for each product around your treatment. The full morning and night routine, including what to pause before and after a visit, is in our skincare routine guide.

Frequently asked questions
Can I combine a facial treatment with my hair transplant trip?
Yes — many patients do. HydraFacial and radiofrequency have no downtime and can be done the day before a transplant or on a rest day. Microneedling and PRP facials are scheduled so that facial healing does not overlap with the first days after the transplant; our coordinators plan the order for you.
Do the treatments hurt?
HydraFacial and radiofrequency are painless. Microneedling and PRP are done after a topical anaesthetic cream and are usually described as uncomfortable rather than painful.
How many sessions will I need?
HydraFacial gives a visible result from the first session. Microneedling, exosome and radiofrequency treatments work through collagen remodelling and usually need a course of three to six sessions, with results building over three to six months.
What do the facial treatments cost?
Prices depend on the treatment and the number of sessions. Ask for the current price list on WhatsApp or at your consultation — you will receive a written quote with no obligation.
Who performs the treatments?
Our trained skin team, under the medical supervision of the clinic’s licensed physician. Every patient has a skin assessment first and receives written aftercare instructions.
